Founder Gudni “Frater Ged” Gudnason
Born into an aristocratic family in Iceland, he grew up feeling the presence of his twin brother who died shortly after birth, learning to live simultaneously in the invisible and visible worlds. In his teens, he was invited to a mystery school in England, where he studied Kabbalah, Hermeticism, ancient Egypt, Vikings, Druid magick, and various other forms of magick and metaphysics, eventually being ordained as a master magickian. In 1997, he inherited the mystery school and he publicly revealed the true metaphysics that had been kept secret.
Since then, he has expanded his teachings to over 60 countries worldwide, guiding people toward a new way of life.
As an actor, poet, martial artist, humanitarian, music label owner, media producer, DJ, and more, he continues to express the infinite possibilities and joys of life through his multidimensional approach.

Sovereign Ipsissimus Hideto "REI" Nakagome
A martial artist who began studying Kyokushin karate at a young age and was hailed as a child prodigy. In his teens, he moved to the United States, where he achieved success as an international business executive while also serving as a bodyguard for the 14th Dalai Lama. Inspired by being called “one who teaches others the spiritual path,” he began studying esoteric Buddhism and underwent rigorous training. In his 30s, he returned to Japan, encountered Modern Mystery School and Founder Gudni, and resolved to explore metaphysics that transcends both Eastern and Western traditions.
Since then, he has dedicated his full efforts to expanding the school and in 2017 attained the title of “Ipsissimus,” the highest rank of magickian. His classes, which explain metaphysics in an accessible and humorous manner, are always filled with laughter and energy, regardless of nationality or culture.
His books include “The Elite's Monopoly : Unveiling the Secret of Success” and “The Kabbalist: My Story of Success.”

Ipsissimus Dave "THOR" Lanyon
As the representative of Modern Mystery School International, which oversees teachings spanning North America, Europe, South America, South Africa, and beyond, with its headquarters in Toronto, Canada. He is a martial artist who has studied and trained in various martial arts such as Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Savate. He has trained numerous professional fighters and operates one of the top dojos in North America. With years of expertise in business, economics, and marketing, he combines the mental strength and physical power derived from martial arts to enhance spiritual work, offering his extensive experience.
In 2017, he attained the highest rank of magickian, “Ipsissimus,” dedicating his life to serving the world by teaching and supporting people from all nations, cultures, and professions.
THE COUNCIL OF TWELVE
In 2017, when the Third Order was initiated, the Council of 12 was also activated. The Council of 12 is a group of 12 women, high-level initiates from all over the world who serve as leadership for the Modern Mystery School.
The Council of 12 work directly with the Third Order to execute the directives of the Hierarchy of Light for service to humanity on this earth. The 12 women provide council, confirmation and conference to the members of the Third Order about the various projects and missions of the MMS.

The women who occupy the seats of the Council of 12 rotate through their roles as is needed so you will see some of these women shift and change year-to-year.
The installation in 2017 has allowed for the Goddess power and connection with the Shekinah to be anchored through these structures of the Third Order. This manifests as the implementation of the various levels of operation required for the running of the Modern Mystery School.
